Insurance for Therapy

As a service to our clients and their families, Hellenic Therapy Center will submit your paid receipt electronically to your insurance company for you.  All paperwork is handled by our office.  We do not want you to waste your time processing insurance paperwork.

 

Hellenic Therapy Center is an out-of-network provider for insurance companies. If your insurance plan provides out-of-network behavioral health coverage, you can expect to receive reimbursement from your insurance company for our services rendered.

 

Why is Hellenic Therapy Center Out-of-Network?

 

Because insurance companies manage in-network treatment plans. Also, insurance companies will audit your case file (our notes) and request treatment plans and diagnosis which compromises confidentiality and puts you at risk. With out-of-network service, only you direct your treatment plan. This is a key principle of our practice.  It is between you and your therapist.

 

If you wish, we will check your insurance and let you know promptly what the coverage is before you schedule your first appointment.
